You have a full week (7 days) from the time you receive an artwork to decide if you would like to return it. No questions, no hassles.
Who pays the return shipping costs?
We examine all returns on a case-by-case basis in order to determine who is responsible for paying all costs (shipping and customs if applicable) required to return the artwork back to the artist.
If we conclude that the artist misrepresented the work (either in the photograph or in the description), failed to disclose important information about the work, or if the artwork was damaged as a result of poor packaging, the collector will NOT be responsible for shipping costs, up to a maximum of $100.
If we determine that the artwork was accurately described on our site (in terms of size, materials used, weight, etc.) and the collector is returning it as a result of buyers remorse, then taking into consideration that the shipping costs for the initial delivery to the collector are covered in full by Glenn Miller Art, it is deemed reasonable that the collector is therefore held responsible for the full return shipping costs.
In the event the collector decides to return the item, they should simply notify Glenn Miller Art and we will assist with all aspects of the return process. Items must be returned via a trackable and insured shipping carrier and the tracking information must be provided to Glenn Miller Art.
Upon receival of the returned original oil painting, a full refund will be issued. The 7-Day money-back guarantee is NOT offered by Glenn Miller Art for digital artwork prints.
